I've been using Termius for more than a year, and It's extremely comfortable for generalistic system operations. But from a dev point of view, I would clearly stick with the Windows SSH client and the SSH configuration through VSCode. Less software to be used in the process.

Putty was really bad but Solarwinds Solar Putty is a much better free replacement

You can have the Termius full version for free with a Github for Education package.

Also bough a license long time ago of PenguiNet (very cheap).
Not a bad client but slightly outdated

For Android, undoubtely free JuiceSSH
