One of our provider has large ddos attack that caused video can't be played.
Please be patient while we handling this issue.

Hello,

Dear users, for now we have implemented some firewall rules to prevent the attack. We are not sure if it will not happen again but working hard to get is 100% fixed. Most of the function already work as ussual.

PS: uploads will be disabled again for some hours due to some bugs on encoding server

I get this error on all my embedded videos:

503 - Service Unavailable . That’s an error.
The server is not ready to handle the request. That’s all we know.

I lost huge amount of traffic. Will it be fixed or do we have to move the videos to another platform? I don't want to do it, I like Mixdrop. :(
 
Hello,

Short update regarding this ddos issue :
There is another ddos attack with larger scale. We are working on more effective protection and that we must complete it within a maximum of 24 hours. Please note that no files will be lost. We will also launch a reward to users as soon as it is resolved.
