Missuse of my site name

Hello,

We recently found that someone is using my site name on blogger.

Like mine site is xyz.com we are running more than 2 years.I was come to know that someone just create blogger page xyz.blogspot.com and providing almost same product.Even not a authorize to sell them.

We contact blogger support team also and report them this misuse but unfortunately , they don't care about this.

But there was no update/response from blogger team.

if the content provided in your site having copyright proof as its your own.

than u can ask them to remove as showing copyright content.

Do you own any legal trademark or copyrights to whatever it is, name or product?

If you have copyrights and trademarks blooger a dmca complaint

Make a correct DMCA notice with proof and send it to google support team.

Our site is registered under our company name, the products we are selling for all of them officially authorized.
Whois record shows our company name.That blogger site is not official to sell them.As i mentioned above just using our name to misguide our loyal customers.

How to report by DMCA, how many days they require?

As here our loose point site name is not registered trademark yet on our company name, only virtually registered on our company name.Still DMCA or blogger will help us?

since if it's your product and they are illegal selling them, get your lawyer to write and send them a cease and desist letter..

you mentioned "almost same product" almost same and it's your product is different,

Its not my product, But we are officially appoint to sell them.

means product and description is same only price is different.

in that case you should go back to your supplier and ask them what they have to say to it, since it's your supplier's product,
other then that you cant do anything legally

Lol the dates on the blog say its there since 2001,u stole there name from what i can see.Shame on you.And even at that it says the last post on the blog was 10 years ago lol.
