well what should i het if i want to host smp

i dont want to spend moire then 10$ a month

i want access to edit/mod the server i want 24/7 up time i want no lag

IF you're wondering how to do this, you'll simply have to find a host with windows (VPS) where you can RDP the server, then open up minecraft and configure the server in the main client. You may have to ask the host to free up a port for you.

All you really need to do is find a host where you can RDP windows. As for the lag, ugh, that depends which country most players will be in
