Microsoft agrees to buy Skype for $8.5B

If you read this particular line:

As previously reported, Microsoft is spending $8.5 billion -- all cash -- to buy Skype from investment firm Silver Lake. When the deal closes, assuming regulatory approval, Skype will become a separate division of Microsoft.

Basically, Microsoft will own it, but it's going to be it's own entity as it is now; with this said news the rename to 'Microsoft Skype' probably won't happen and they will keep the name as 'Skype'.

If I'm reading this correctly, They're going to own it, leave it alone other than add support to their devices...Look at the pictures...
