i want to know people who having there website based on wordpress ,
1)Where do you add the meta tag in wordpress?
2)Can we put meta tag in all new posts ?

I suggest you use the Ultimate SEO plugin by yoast - it lets you add meta tags, meta description and meta keywords. You can download it from here - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/seo-ultimate/

Hey,

For the main metatags of the home page, you can change them under the main settings.

If you want to modify them post by post, i would heavily recommand All in One SEO, there is an automated feature to autoupdate them for the old posts. It may not be excellent but would definitly be useful if you have a thousands of posts.
