Memory Usage Issue

Hello guyz,
I'm having some issue with my vps....more then 6months no issue but today too much memory usage issue....i've shutdown the server for 10mins and then restarted so no visitors on that time.....as visitors come hardly 2 to 6 visitors and Memory Usage reached 99% can any one help me......

Ok. What operating system is your VPS running? CentOS?

Login via SSH type in the command top and paste the output here. You'll be able to see wwhat's eating all that that memory up.

Chances are someone is running a script if you are offering shared hosting. Needs to be addressed.

Run "top -c" command and see what process is causing the load. Press M to sort tasks by resident memory usage. is this server cPanel..?
