but now it looks like they are going to accept publishers and go public

shades, you didnt hack it, u can click the publisher's tab and get it but you wont be able to do nothing since it hasnt gone public

Lol if this is true it won't help megaupload at all considering all warez webmasters will use it and it'll look extremely bad on their behalf. I assume what they will do is accept warez websites but then just not pay out and say something like "You have an illegal filesharing website" or something along those lines.
