I guess something between 5700-5800 ( I did nearly 3000 in one week :D)
but seeing the $3.8/1000 from sexy I am really afraid I won't get a payment:'( since I'd need an average of $3.5/1000 to get $20.

Here's hoping for you I think ultimately it's where the traffic comes from and how hard you work. Where does your traffic come from?

I'm posting mirrors in a site fromm Russia and according to Alexa, most traffic comes from Russia, Ukraine, Serbia and Mauritania.

Hey did I got 30000 downloads in December and for Nov I got 44000 uniques..???
I think I just got 17000 for Dec and around 25000 in Nov...???

And for Jan it is correct...

And for me I always said that Megashare is my lifeline...<3

I got payed!! =)=)

My rate is between $5.54 - $5.64 for the work of 2 weeks just by adding mirrors in a site of ebooks. (max filesize 200 mb).

Taking into account my first payment of $20.46 for 3040 downloads in fileserve which took me 1 month and 16 days to reach, I'll do this comparison:

I got payed $2.47 for 919 downloads= $2.69 per 1000 downloads

The thing is that If most of my uploaded files weren't bigger than 350 mb , I could have never reached payment because:

As you can see those files of above 300 mb gave me 88% of my earnings (and 80% of my headaches at night, you know trying to post as quickly as possible to kind of have the exclusiveness of the release, which never happend).

Conclusions:

• Magashare payed my MORE than fileserve spending LESS time. (30-45 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes at night)
• Quit fileserve as I reach min payout again.
• Keep mirroring e-books/audio books.
• Post in forum those that are interesting.
• Thank Megashare community in WJ for the support they've given me to reach this moment :D:D

Your analysis is correct alc112. Most of the people compare us with other by rate against 1000 downloads.

Some key features to remember when you have to compare us!

- You have to work less
- You get higher number of downloads for single file
- No size limit
- No country restriction
- Pay per thousand download is higher
- wait time in minimum

Mostly people compare that if they have received 25000 downloads in one month at Megashare and got $150 against them they think they can earn more on other file hosts but forget that they can't reach such number of downloads on the other file hosts in the same time for the same files with the files sized between 1-50MB.

Megashare count all downloads from all countries while other hosts don't count downloads from all countries so it gives you a less number of downloads.

Some hosts giving cents per thousand downloads for files less than 50MB while we are paying $5 on average for all files.

People are still confused but I have never seen any affiliate left Megashare because of the rates

Is there some way of seeing the uniques that i'm not seeing? I just started using Megashare a couple of hours ago and adding them to the the past few posts on my site, i see the #of downloads as 180 etc beside each file but no mention of uniques.

It all seems a bit basic and lacking in functions or even information so far as even the FAQ only has questions with no answers and remote upload just shows a blank white box where i assume speed etc should be.

The Unique downloads count appears above the table of your files.
If you don't see that, you have registered a free account and not an affiliate account.

Welcome to the Megashare, currently our premium and affiliate accounts are different. For earning purposes you should sign-up under an affiliate link and then you'll be able to see your unique downloads.

We'll make it sure to remove this problem in our next version till then accept our apologies for any trouble it may have caused you.

Go to megashare.com and click affiliate and register an account using your paypal email during registration.

That's not possible, the account i have is already using the paypal address. I went straight for premium to lift the 1GB limit but wouldn't have if i'd known it wouldn't earn.
