Bro I think you are wasting your time because loads of people have started using Megashare and earning very good..
You can take a most recent example of @alc112 who started uploading recently and getting good downloads and there are many other who are doing this...
If you start with Megashare now then after the launch of v2 you will notice serious improvements and you will be much happier...
Start using Megashare now and we will not let you down...
The decision is in your hands...

in current version users are able to get direct link of download as free.. so in V2, will users still be able to get direct link of download same way ? if so, I'll upload to megashare asap

Yes paypal ID should be the email ID with which you sign up.
This is a premium feature so I am sure in V2 there won't be any such option to get direct link, bypass timer or use download managers.in current version users are able to get direct link of download as free.. so in V2, will users still be able to get direct link of download same way ? if so, I'll upload to megashare asap

Use your paypal email during registration and that would be your ID as well.

no, I don't mean it.. user clicks Free Download and on next screen there are two buttons, Download and Get Direct Link..
so I ask if in V2 will Get Direct Link button will be available..

As Styla said, you won't be having the "direct link" button for free users in V2 as everything will be revamped. It will only be for premium users.
I know MegaShare is not a domain jacker but somehow I wish you guys can change your domain. People get confused between Megashare and the one with 's'. I know that's not possible. Just sayin'. :-)
I really hope you guys will trump Ms(s) once v2 is out. Here's wishing for the ultimate best!
For MegashareS my suggestion was always from the start to buy them or Sue them and for others there are some more domains which have "Megahsare" in their name but don't have a Megashare link at all...
I don't know if buying or Suing MegashareS is possible or not but I would truly love when they being Ripped...

I don't know... Pursuing legal matter seems like a hassle really. I mean for all we know if V2 turns out to be outstanding, I'm pretty sure we will trump MS(s) and quite possibly other file hosts.
Bro its seems like a hassle for normal people but not for Big Guns which our Megashare is..
And obviously Megashare v2 will blow all but legal existing with your own name does matters a lot in my view...
Also I think Megahsare have their name Trademarked so it will be easy to defend a case..
I study law (not in depth. school made it compulsory for students to take the module) and I can assure you any legal matter is a hassle no matter how big you are.
Lets face it, even if they were to press this matter, it's highly unlikely that MS(s) would be asked to change their name. They will pose this question, "why didn't MS press this matter years ago but now?"

I have studied Company Law for around 1 and a half years with some practice and it will be a hassle if you do not have proofs..(Keep in mind that I am calling myself as an expert) :P
And the question that you are saying will be asked by MS(s) DO NOT have any value in law because law need proofs which I suppose Megashare do have sufficient...

I think you have registered through a premium account instead of affiliate account..
If yes then you will not be able to see them...
