We don't have a fix rate, our average rate varies from $4-$6/1000 downloads depends upon the quality of traffic.

Hey Foxman please give me the details about this & an official link if possible. Can we even pay through Paypal like we used to do before?

I didn't got any mail from Paypal about new changes. Please give me a link or something. Desparate to know =)

I got it on Paypal. Yes you can receive upto 3000 USD per transaction but there is still a daily withdrawal limit and you cannot buy anything with your Paypal balance
