Except MegaShare is paying 70% and they're paying 20% which makes a whole lot of difference ;-)
Also, they're using the same layout template hence why it's similar. But it doesn't matter since V2 will be out soon and i believe MegaShare will use a custom layout as they're revamping the whole site which is why it's taking so long.
Yah seems like a copycat, Domain registered on 15, March 2011 in Canada.
one thing I am not sure why they copied Megashare, there are new templates available to copy as well.
anyways doesn't matter, they can't harm us by any means.
Interestingly they have Hot deals like Megadeals and from the same companies, lol.

But the demo available there is totally different so I assume they intentionally ordered to build site like Megashare!

Bulk download is our system counting and not payable. You should pay attention to unique downloads only.
You need around 5000 unique downloads to get paid minimum payout of $20 approximately.
Not ready yet, We'll definitely inform all of you when it's ready.

I didn't get the txt stuff. Do you mean some simple tricks or say keys in those txts?

I even saw the copycat issue.. It doesn't matters because the site stated is no where near Megashare :D though can be sued..:P
