If you are from India then you must have a Credit Card or-else you cannot buy anything online internationally according to new RBI rules.

No FTP right now and you need to get a premium account to enjoy affiliate system. Only Paypal is accepted.

Please check if there are any new rules as for your country which require a mandatory credit card to purchase anything.
