Recently my 5 account Got beaned by Mediafire , are ur Accounts also Suspended?

Well seriously speaking I don't really understand why they are doing this. If I own the content I bought for money, it's perfectly legal to make a backup copy of it, in case it gets damaged or whatever. At least in my country.

It was all illegal content as backup, so yes - they can and they will delete/suspend at their whims and fancies.
