maybe changing provider hosting ignore dmca

ok i seen what i need i may go for daring host or ecatel vps just going to give my provider a chance to keep uptime this week if fails then i moving

You want quality for 10$/m? For that price, you can only get hosting from another reseller. And just don't forget that "DMCA Ignored" is trick used by many new "Offshore Hosting" providers. So they could get more customers.
 
well i was thinking of getting vps ecatel with directadmin panel but its unmanaged which means i could get ddos or hacked i guessing

I really don't know why would anyone try to harm you or hack you. If you have no enemies, go with the Ecatel VPS. DirectAdmin is a great panel, and if you just read its manual, you will know the basics, being unmanaged it doesn't mean it can get hacked. I mean, theoretically, anyone/anything can get hacked or DDoS'd. But chances to get DDoS'd or hacked are really low. If you're big paranoid, you could just change root password frequently, disallow all other IP's from logging via SSH ... You could pretty much restrict everything to your IP.

If you have no enemies, and if owners of those sites have no enemies, you have nothing to worry about.
 
^ Hackers just randomly hack boxes by scanning the IP's of Leaseweb, Ecatel etc. for vulnerabilities.

However, that doesn't happen that much nowadays, like Jason said just change your password often and make sure you're the only one who's allowed to login.
I'd also go with Directadmin, it's fast & easy. I can definately recommend Ecatel in terms of speed, uptime & price :)
 
are ecatel reliable

also is russia daring provider reliable

host i got else where ive had about 5 downtimes and this morning had 5hours downtime
 
well i thinking of daring russia so for i just giving till end of the week to see what my uptime is going to be like then i might goto daring or ecatel

Added after 8 minutes:

well so for max i had is about 6hours downtime in 2weeks but if i get another 5hours downtime then i move asap

Most providers will only forward DMCA complaints, as most of them are not valid anyway. Still, i would recommend a host that doesn't have any connections with companies in the US like paypal. Some force paypal to close their accounts and this causes major harm to the hosting company. They will probably have to remove you at that point.
