Max user connect per database

Someone tell me what shared hosting support 50 or more user connect per databse. Because i use hostmonster with limit 15 user connect and visitor always get error max_user_connections even me :facepalm:

You need to ask every shared webhost about the following limits before joining them:
max user connection in mysql
max file size allowed
max size of mysql database

While I agree users should be limited in a shared environment, 15 is quite low.
