if you got traffic and rating previous year, how will it help the current owner now? Kidding man...Forum is valued over its current status, not previous month or previous year...Re validate. 2 and 3* Forums are sold at this price...

and now me moving to diff state for studies therefor cant operate pc so wanna sell it

@ Kenith: Buddy i know if buyer do a little hard for one week and he must get alot traffic as me post recently for katz and got big traffic in just one day..
so its depends upon you how u can handle it


Rest here are Quality uploader on site so new buyer wont get much problem as other 2 or 3* sites getting
 
hmm In this case let me clear all things,

As kenith said that get first 3star in Katz then try to sell it on 50$
But my bro Kenith in this case u wrong bcoz If he get 3star in Katz So he will get atleast above 150$ Bcoz I have sold many sites which were rated 3star in katz. And second thing is that he having just 1star since last year bcoz he mentioned above that he were lost his net connection and suddenly he got exam. I m Pretty sure that if he submit daily to Katz Atleast 1 month so Definately he will get 2star easily In Katz.
due to lack of time, he planning to sell his site.
So I think His site should be worth atleast 20 above $
Let c what other buyers say about this matter :)
