MASTH!TS - Hight Traffic - Huge Site!

Hi,
im am the webmaster of MASTH!TS.com , ive started the site few months ago , we have a whole team of contributors , with over 100,000 posts in just one month (100 % hand made) , ive also added some stats , take a look at em (its one month stats , quite impressive) , we are looking for link exchange with some strongly established sites , all links buttons will be placed on right hand side above categories links.

i did not said huge traffic :S , read the title , it says huge site and achieving 1.4 k in just one moth is not an easy job! , comparatively its high
