I have received the review copy I had asked for.
Unfortunately, it seems that these are the run of the mill scrape box comments on blogs.

Instead of targeting niches or related content blogs, it seems OP seeks out pages with high 'PR'.
However, 18 of the 20 links I was provided had a PR of 0 :(

Maybe I am missing the marketing aspect with these backlinks, but they are not in my opinion worth more than a dollar or so.
Will be keeping an eye out for indirectly created links and any sort of additional value in the mean time.

I also got the report.
i agreed with HostImage.ca comment. in addition to that hangman55 provides me 20 blog commenting links but they are not on unique domains they are divided in to 5 domains only. and as said high PR and dofollow only, PR is on root domain only and majority are nofollow links. and with very high obligation on it

conclusion : need to lower the rates as its not worth that high rates
