Making usergroup Pictures Before Username

How do i put The pictures for my usergroups in Vbulletin like WJ having

Management
Administrators

etc. etc.
The Small Star Picture BEFORE Username

how do i put that in my Warez Site ?

Wouldn't that be the default icon/image for user groups? I think it may be a mod.
