Hiring Making filehost script

Hello

I'm looking for someone who can make a script for a file host which needs some features included to suit my needs.

Mainly, it will have :

1- a payment system ( monthly Payment system )
2- A place to show all the files that are shared on the site ( yes, all files will be public )
3- HTTP downloads


It's just a normal public HTTP but has a payment system that will automatically generate accounts ( username, and password ; as the member choose them) and automatically close after 1 month.
That member will have the ability to see what is uploaded on the server.

There are plenty of free/paid/opensource filehost scripts, why not editing them to suit your needs?

Your current idea will be costly.

I'm not going to open a filehost, but I need it for a small project where my mates need to check what is shared there

$200 should easily cut it. Maybe even lower.

When you say HTTP downloads, do you mean actual direct links or one-time use (dynamically generated) links?
