Buying Make website for me ( simple ) 15 euro.

Hello!

Im searaching for you who can make a simple website. You make it, you host it on some free webhosting so i can see its working & i will buy the source from you for 15 euro. PayPal only!

This is an example how it should look. Very simple!
The menus should be accordians.
Where you see the white field, there users should add links or message and send them.
When someone adds / sends the message or a link me or i should have some admin panel where only i can see those messages.

I can deside the colours / change colours.
HTML codes can go inside the accordians.
I can change the width of accordian.

Thats it.

this is not simple buddy... what you are asking is for a front end and backend.... which takes a lot of effort to create and 15 euros will by way too less... Here is the design panel... http://prntscr.com/1elvmw

its a rough one ...... after this a backend panel probably in wordpress... where you can see and approve comments and links... turns into a twitter type of site. If I ask my designer to take it further and map it with wordpress... he'll take somewhere around 60 dollars.

Do one thing.. just leave the design part ... if you need a simple wordpress template with same funtionality I can give you the link for free.
