it's equally shared, there is a maximum though, you can't abuse the cpu because this will also affect other clients on the server.

so how many people is max on that kind of server ?
you say that this is like VPS but I don`t have to manage it.
So per account you can give 256 MB or 128MB of mem and 400 cpu speed and it`s still like VPS.
I point to that some people wanna know including me is that won`t be slower then other VPS services.

What? No they dont have that limit.
They actually have no limit on CPU per user but if the see your account using like 85% or something for too long then youll get an email!
