What is "Published" function do? Published to search engine maybe?

As default it's not tick√, files can download as well.

Nothing affect sales. It only public if you want share 1 folder for easy download

What is "Protect" function do?

Protect file/folder. Anyone can't delete it if they access into your account

rebills are ok from my side

DMCA notice can delete all file, include checked protect.
