Lum, I guess you need to ask your tech to fix this crap cookies system. one of reasons I left LF because of this:

anyway, one thing I find out today:
when your links are dead in your personal blog and your visitor buy premium from your dead links, then you will get nothing but Lum will get your earning 100%.[¬_¬]



not a good system. hope you fix this Lum. keep affiliate cookies even though downloader click on dead links. renew their cookies only when they visit a live link from another uploader...that will much fair & better.

take a look at Ryushare, they will keep affiliate cookie even though downloader buy premium account from dead file/link and you will get sales credit rightly. affiliate cookies will be refreshed/renewed when they visit a live link from another uploader only.

Hi, it's me again, yeah...i asked a lot....but need to do that since this is the right place to do and i need to know the explanation for stats from host that i used. This is your reply for LeGOLAS question regarding rebills :

If they do not request cancel auto rebills. You will get auto rebill sales. Other case, if downloader do not buy payment option have auto rebills and he buy premium on other link then you see star yellow but rebill not count for you. Auto rebill only apply on payment method option

Now here's my January and February stats :



On 2, 3 and 5 February 2013 i've got rebills, and surelly that's not a problem because on early January 2013 there's few 1 month premium sales, so rebills on next month make sense.

But what i don't understand on 16 and 18 February there's rebills while since 7 - 22 January 2013 there's only 1 sales for 3 month duration, so i don't understand why 16 and 18 February there's rebills....while on same time on January there's no 1 month sales, while your explanation said : Auto rebill only apply on payment method option, so when on 16 and 18 February 2013 there's rebills, the ideal condition should be around that date on January 2013 should be 1 month sales. And it's auto rebills...mean automatic continue when users not choose cancel option....the fact there's rebills mean their billing automatic charge, the problem i didn't see original sales on January for rebills on 16 and 18 February 2013....and that's common sense when we talked about auto rebills.

I can understand if previous month there's 1 month premium sales but then on next month there's no rebills....maybe users have cancel rebills option. But when last month around that date there's no 1 month sales...and on next month there's rebills....surely i'm confused.

And have think the possibility, maybe that's from 3 month sales on November 2012, but since November 2012 i just started working manage my links again after datacenter crashed, i have no sales on that times too :



I've try click that 16 and 18 February rebills to get more info, but only got blank info :



I hope you can explain to me so i can continue my works without something left on my mind. Of course i'm happy to get rebills, but on other side as affiliate i need to know how the procedure and how it's work, while that 16 and 18 February rebills, i have think but not found any answer why that rebills happened, if i can found logical answer by myself then i won't ask. You always demand a proof, but when there's one you didn't even bother to explain why your tech said that i only got website sales, while avro got sales...and the funny part avro post his stats screenshot, and no sales at all on 3rd February 2013 for him....no need explanation of course why avro not get sales on that date like your tech said in their investigation.....because you have PM me with another confusing unrelated screenshot for avro's sales on 25th January 2013...and with that not even correct PM explanation, case solved for you....EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.

The case of bravesoldier with avro is showing that there is a "bug" in the sales system. And the screenshot of VIP is also showing that.
The sale system is not working as it should. It is truth!

Maybe you need try implement another way to trace the sales to work with the cookies system. Because your cookie system is failing.
And I know you can solve it. It's just you want!

Spox : It not bug. Only NORMAL case, avro is a sample case. It same question aff asked us before.

Now it's time you work to solve the cookie system problem too.
Because it's not reliable. There are errors happening with it.

If they want, we will clear cookies before check new download link for count website sales. So, website sales will be decrease in few case like bravesoldier

Bill team will cancel all request stop auto rebills. We can't help if you not have rebills

Rebills count for you if we completed charge money from downloader. It not exactly time. It depend payment gateway system. We only based on report each day. ALL is AUTO.

2. Extend premium
If downloader have register date over 30 days. If he buy premium. Our system called it REBILLS too. In case, you will see link on report.

Also, I sent a request to our tech check detail user and your website link sales on 2013-02-03.

So based on that explanation, when i have rebills on 16 and 18 February 2013, then i must have sales on January 2013 around that date, while as you can see in January stats here :

No sales around that date ( Even there's delay in payment gateway for rebills process still around that date in January there's no sales . So don't you think it's not strange...? those 2 rebill appeared ( Auto rebills only charge on downloader credit card mean continue their previous month Premium ), while in January no Premium Sales around that date....?

The fact rebills appeared in stats already showed if that users get charge again and you completed the procedure. Rebills count for you if we completed charge money from downloader.

And remember : when i clicked the rebills, i've got blank info, so as you already said it's Auto Rebills.

So back to my question....why suddenly there's auto rebills while around that date on January there's no 1 month sales...? I think my explanation is very clear enough.

for make it simple, you only need seeing January stats and February stats ( since 7 - 22 january 2013 there's no 1 month sales that can be use for auto rebills, while auto rebills happened when users get automatic charge on next month and as you said : ALL is AUTO. ). While as we can see 16 and 18 February 2013 there's auto rebills....why...?
