The worst customer service I've ever seen with any hosting provider. You can't contact them at all, they're nowhere to be found, and no one replies to emails. It's been four days, and they say payment was received, but nothing has arrived. It seems like a scam is coming.
 
You’re saying it’s a scam? I don’t agree with that. They always pay, and the money goes to wallet as long as you’ve provided the correct payment details. I’ve never had any problems with this host, and I’ve been with them for almost three years now. Two days ago, I received the payment within 12 hours.

They always pay, but what happened this time is strange. I'm surprised by this behavior. I've been dealing with them for a long time, and it's possible they made a mistake. What bothers me is their technical support. There's no way to contact them; they're nowhere to be found. I've sent them more than 10 emails in the last five days with no response. I've contacted them here and everywhere else they're supposed to be available. And still no reply...

You're right. No one has been responding to my emails for over a week either. There was a mistake on their end with one of my payments, and I want to talk to them, but they're not available everywhere.
 
Hello sir I'm new uploader on hosting sites like lulustream.com and filemoon. And I Don't know how to get views from my videos can you tell me how ? .and what sites do you use to upload your embeds. I hope you answer me.

Most of users have there own web site to upload here videos. If you want some peoples want other to upload video on there we site but in general this is for new site with no real traffic. If you can't/won't create a web site few users use a social media server (Discord, telegram, signal, simpleX) instead of a web site but you probably have to make some advertising about it.
