Sniper, $400 is a one off first month price. 100TB.com cannot give you an 'awesome' server for $105 a month.

And the Softlayer network is banned on HF.
 
Yep. I got a server from 100tb.com for my service, but I found out it was banned by HF (all network) so I decided to sell it for a lower price to someone else.

And the DC, it's Sentris.
