I am looking for photo centric websites to partner with. I am soon launching an image hosting and sharing website with some unique features.

Are there are any website owners or uploaders looking to partner? Why it has became necessary to launch an paid image host to generate traffic?

I have been toying with the idea myself as a result of delayed or non existent payments from other hosts I have used in the past, would you be looking at allow adult content?
