I am looking for a vps with good upload speeds to hotfile and fileserve
also, the vps will be used for an image hosting site, so all dmca notices should be forwarded to me.

Is this possible on an us server? to host an adult image hosting site? since hotfile and fileserve are in us.

HDD: min 30gb
RAM: min 1gb
Bandwidth: unmetered
Port: 100mb or 1gb

Try getting a VPS from VPSFactory.nl they are a sub division of Worldstream and yea try not to go to any German VPS provider as they mostly will have servers from netdirekt and netdirekt has very strict policy against porn :)
 
sorry, shubhank, i already almost lost 160$ with you, can't risk again

i am looking for an us vps, but i must make sure that the image hosting site will be ok with the dmca notices

how much for 1 GB dedicated ram, and what will happen after i finish the 600gb bandwidth
i need something unmetered, i usually use at least 50gb/day
 
US servers would be sexy for image hosting site. Get first 2 months on shared hosting like hostgator or something & then Shift to other hoster(VPS or DEDI)
 
I can't offer Unmetered, you can't find any unmetered VPS hosts in The Netherlands. You will need a host provider from Ecatel (NL) like www.vps9.net

If you still want an US based host, you should go for Canada, some of the hosts there are flexible regarding DMCA.

Yes, some Canada DCs are extreamly flexible with DMCA notices. All they require is for you to remove the offended content, and u r ok.

If you cross the allocated bandwidth, your VPS wont be suspended. If you use too much bandwidth, the Admin will contact you for discussions.

The difference between shared and VPS is with VPS, you have access like your own server. You have ability to restart services and your apache server if necessary. You also can host multiple domains, and be your own reseller, install applications in the server.
