My Budget for this is about ~$25, the ideal price would be $20.

What I'm looking for are as follows:
-Atleast 1 GB Ram
-Atleast 75GB Space
-Unmetered 100mbit line, although 750GB should do.

Of Course, it's gotta be offshore and allow Warez Linking, private torrents+RS leech.

OS: CentOS with Kloxo Installed(configured to use Lighttpd)
