Sounds like you need a video CDN provider, like Limelight Networks or MaxCDN, who provide secure video transmission through tokens and the stability through their CDN network. The video prices for MaxCDN are different because you have to purchase the $79 monthly addon for a live zone.

I quoted a guy last month for live video streaming and used both companies in my quote.
