Hey, Here I Go Again :)
I've Been Working For A While To Open My Own Warez Forum
I Think I Have A Good Experience Warez :
I Was Super Moderator On Oxyg3n.ca (Old Warez)=Closed !
I Was Super Moderator On Ztforums.com (Old Warez)=Closed !
Mr-R-T He Was Also There :) But For Sure He Dont Remember Me!
After These 2 Years I Decide To Open My Own Warez Forum !

Moderator Open For Trusted People ! Still 3 Positions Open
Uploaders Open Good Uploaders ! Still 4 Positions Open
Graphics Team Open For Designers Still 2 Positions Open


All I Want To Get Good / Trusted / Serious People And Grow Up All Together On Same Forum !

I might be interesed, are you sure that your site would last at least few months - there a lot of warez sites getting closed everyday i don't wanna waste my time on unsuccessful site.

Let me know if theres place for me.

I would offer my services, but atm I feel as though I'm full with the site I"m running...but
If I, or any other person who's been admin very long were to read your first post..it would be an issue from the start..

3 admins is 2 admins too many for a site...especially a site starting out. yOu normally have 1 admin..and MAYBE a backup..just incase..but 3 is too much, you wind up getting too much power and not enough people to have that power...confrontations occur, admin #1 does something that admin #2 and #3 don't like, or vice versa..and you have a problem among top ranks..
The better idea, and the most successful is to have a few mods/smods, and 1 admin. You can have a backup admin in mind..but not until you start out and get some ground rules laid. Then, when you add the 2nd admin, that one should know from the start that the 1st admin is in charge and making decisions for the site..there won't be any struggle of power or confrontation.

This is just what I've seen personally...It happens every site I've been on with too many admins..things WILL eventually come to a spat or argument.

I've seen many sites with as many as 300,000 users be run by 2 admins..
1 admin for forum related issues, and 1 admin in the background for server type stuff....installing patches and such.

that's how it SHOULD be, whether you trust my advice or not..is a different story.

I'm a member right now of 2 seperate sites, and each one has over 300,000 people. So i've seen it all, pretty much. Been doing this for nearly 10 years now.

No problem. Just my own personal experience. I know you want to be successful and not have anything interrupt that, just like any other site out there..best way to do that is avoid anything that might harm your site in any manner, and that way members don't see any fighting among the folks controlling how the site runs.

Even with admin being the highest, you can still set owner and founder permissions to be more than that of admin, and still have complete control with 1 admin running the site from the "members and operations" side of it.

Right now that's how Gismo has the site i'm running set-up..I run it..I make decisions, create rules, forums, add mods, smods, uploaders, as I see fit..but in the end, I still talk with him via MSN on major things concerning the site and changes I would like to make, if I make any. I always respect his wishes and talk to him before I do anything. If you, as owner, do the same, and have your 1 admin as your goto man, then things usually are smooth and you rarely have issues. You got the 1 person on the site (the admin) that everyone knows is the person to make changes and run the site..and that 1 admin will know to come to the site owner for major things, or issues that the admin isn't comfortable with.

Takes respect and willingness to cooperate together..but it's a very successful method, and I'm sure many of the webmasters here would agree with what I've said, as being a very good method for most sites to follow. Not every site is ideal for this..but mostly they are...differs with what the site is intended for.

Glad I could throw in my ideas without you guys thinking I'm trying to tell you how to run things..God knows I got enough things to run without telling someone else how to do it LOL
