Looking for Sites where I can advertise popup

I'm looking for (as a popup provider) sites with slightly larger sums of Users per day, preferably 10k +.


Good countries: UK, US, DE, ES, PT or PL.


The minimum CPM is € 1. If the traffic quality and quantity to be good, it can go further up.


Since we work with some file hosting and image hosting, I can say that max. even 6 € CPM are possible.


Bot / Fake or proxy traffic is prohibited and will not be counted nor paid for.


If you have interest, possibly to earn a bit more than other vendors, then I look forward to your PM.
