looking for show help building up quality traffic (willing to pay for the help)

hello
iv made a simple website and im looking to make some sales at web-hosts (like netload)
I haven't tried much in years
but I never had much luck building up quality traffic

I set aside about $400 for this
and im willing to pay someone to lead me in using it most wisely

Theres two ways you can go about doing thing.

You can create an authority site and educate the individual user into why they should have a net-load account blah blah. Target any keywords associated with selling net-load memberships. If they can make money by signing up with net-load you should write about it.

2nd option: You can create a site with content that people want. Videos, files etc. and have all the files uploaded on only net-load. They will then be forced to sign up to netload or forced to wait in line to download a file. If you have enough files that they want, and your users regularly come back to download files then you can take this route.


But your really going to have to do some better keyword research and start trying to rank organically for keywords.
 
im working on the second option
im not sure if we are aloud to talk about content but mine is massive (not porn related)

im currently buying organic traffic that I think is well targeted (it just started coming in today)
my host seems to think buying traffic is a waist of $
so im hoping someone can help me with a better option
 
You want true organic and targetted traffic, the only way to do this is through good onsite and offsite SEO. Time and Money will bring results.
