I don't think you will find something really reliable and DMCA safe.

NL(which is not so safe) Bandwidth on a non-oversold server it's around 7-8 euro per 100GB.

LE: just curious, where have you been hosted until now? DC, provider?

Not all people are the same.

Usually the ones who will not stay even 6 months are admins that know nothing about server administration, they oversell the server. I never trust is hosts with "unlimited disk space, unlimited bandwidth" for 1$ per year. I better choose an expensive one but I know I have those resources.

Most of host have a cheap reseller with "unlimited all" for $2 per month. Better no

it looks like you are wanting professional ones which unfortunately not many of the ones on WJ are professional and i highly doubt most of them would last for 12 months.

My suggestion.. Use google and go with big established companies who have been around for 5+ years like

worldstream, shinjiro etc
