Looking for reseller webhost

Hello,

Im looking for a good webhost to host 5 websites.
Is important to have 99.9% uptime.

About the server specs, I need at least 50GB disk space and a good speed... Dont want slow servers...
The websites dont have too many unique visitors, only about 1.500 UV total.

Must have cPanel/WHM.
I need a reseller plan because I want to use a different cpanel for each account/domain.

I want to be notify about the DMCA complaints and I will delete what they ask, only dont want my account shut down If DMCA complaints is received.
