i have three sites, and i am looking for partners to help me grow it. i am not good with words, so my apologies for that, i will state my sites & details as much as i can.

Position available: Admin, Moderators, Article writers, Posters.
Is it a paid position: For now no, as it is new forum, and i am already putting my cash in lot of things, like ads and traffics. But by time it will be paid.
Why are you requesting staff: As i said, i am new to this, i need help from people to grow my sites.

2) iPA Store

Position available: Admin, Graphics Designers, Coders to implement few new features.
Is it a paid position: Only Graphics people & coders.
If Paid, How Much: depends on the work they have done

3) SuperShare

Forum Software: Paid Script from MFscripts
Position available: Partner if you have dedicated servers, willing to share, Graphics Designers.
Is it a paid position: yes, profit sharing basis.

For MobApps & iPAStore, Admins & moderators will be getting their cut from profit we earn. Other people like blog writers, posters, other people will be promoted as well, it completely depends on their work.

You dont need admins, only 1 good admin and 2-3 mods, what you actually need is link building! I wish you all the best. I could help you but i am too busy with my own projects and now i have to sit in bed with my laptop because i have some foot problems.

Back linking are like the new site advertisers. Once you get loads of incoming and outgoing links, you will develop a better page rank and more traffic. Good luck.
