I dont see your point mr, all vps including cheap budget vps comes with most of that on your list configured. FFMEG<FLVTOOL>RUBY are all free and is basic, dont tell me u want to charge $25 for those

No! thats not true.
You wont get all these things for free in a self managed VPS.
You need to pay to get such things installed for you.
 
Instead of arguing someone just link him to a overselling vps reseller im sure he can get what he wants for that price.

This topic serves to show you that getting what you want for the price you are offering is not going to happen. You have two choices. As JamesVaporH explained, only hosts that oversell their products can afford to entertain you. If you want a premium host that doesn't over-sell, you're going to have to spend more money. That's the way this game works. You get what you pay for.
