Looking for host (Onshore)

Hi i need host it doesn't mater onshore or offshore i need this for my Onshore site.

My site have 12000-15000 Unique Views daily and around 40000 pageviews.

My site is PageRank 2.

At the moment i'm hosted with shared hosting but i like to transfer to VPS or semidedicated . But i have a little problem if i buy VPS what specification i need to find

(how much RAM)?

Also tell me your offer for VPS or Semi-dedicated hosting that can handle this site. The site is Joomla CMS

What sort of budget do you have? Do you need the VPS to be managed or can you manage it yourself? This sort of information will help us to point you in the right direction
 
i buyed VPS with 1GB Ram and upload database on that server (files are on my old shared hosting) and for now everything is ok . I Remote MySQl database
 
I'm again looking for VPS because the provider that i choose is terrible (i found on WHT)

budget now is 25$ (because i'm waiting for moneyback from old host)

Edit: because of a lot of downtimes now my site have only 5000 UV
