Looking for Help with Forum

Im Finally back,and have bought a few domains // Now im looking for help with a forum. Im not 100% sure what the main focus of the forum will be, but as before with the other warez sites i had, nothing will be hosted on the server.. So therefore TOS is not in violation. Im not going to try to make this a massive site like before, but i just want something were users can go, and know that the files they are getting are virus free, and legit.

What would your ideas be, what should my main focus be?

I highly recommend you get skype not only is it good for chatting but you can share your screen with someone if your ever doing something & need some help I could get a visual.

Sometimes I don't get notifications to my twitter but if you need to contact me ASAP the best way to do it is to use the Live chat on my forum the messages go straight to my phone & I get the notifications so if it says offline or leave a message I will be on immediately & respond to you.
