Looking for good RL

Hi, I'm looking for good RL
1) They must accept AP as payment
2) I need to have ftp access
3) Working HF and FS for upload and download
4) US based, so I can upload on HF
5) 64bit OS so I can manage files bigger then 2gb

I have UK and US server @ FSH but US server is down for me most of the day and admin is ignoring my problem saying there isn't one...
And there is problem with FS now on UK server as I can't download or upload anything... so it's just waist of my money and time, and he closed his thread here saying there will be no more sales

I Believe I would say something like "HF and FS doesn't matter as I have plugins for banned ips" if I had one and I wouldn't put it as one of the terms
