Heya ,

i'm looking for an american or any country that provides cheap Marlboro or L&m ciggarettes.

because down here in belgium they add taxes to ciggarettes and 1 pack of 20 ciggarettes is like 7$ here .

So would be interesting to find someone that could send me some cartons once a month.

i'll pay via paypal then.

i see alot of countries have to pay even more for branded cigarettes..

both say the same thing: If you are told to pay duty taxes on any of your packages, please refuse receipt. These packages will then be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned package in our warehouse, we will credit you the full value of the packages we receive.
 
I know a person who can provide you Marlboro sigs for 25 € /per carton. The are imported in Belgium via truckers who come from Russia.
