Looking for a Video Thumbnail Generator Tool for Windows

Hello to WJ community. I'm currently looking for a tool/application so I can generate a thumbnail (single image screenshot) to automatically generate one image file for each videos I have. What I'm wanting to do is to automate what would be like manually taking one screenshot for a video and save it as an image file, like how windows automatically make a thumbnail image for each video when viewed in large icons.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

possible to auto generate thumbnail and uploading to an image host & much more
but the thing is whenever you want to use a software to generate a single screenshot of a video file, screenscap can not be 100% accurate in all cases
cause a bot could not detect whether the taken screen is accurate or not
so go for thumbnail like 1 row 6 column or 2 row 4 column etc
 
What I really need for this is a single screenshot. It's not for something like posting to image hosting sites which is usually rows of snapshots, so it has to be a single image screenshot.

The function I need is similar to how Windows generate a thumbnail for video file icons, or how video hosting sites generate a thumbnail cover for every video files. Not a gallery-style for image dumping or some sort.
