I started AdminHQ about two months ago with the idea of creating a close webmaster community.
The site has grown well and developed a strong community with 1.5k unique views a day. As the site is growing I feel I don't have the time it deserves to run it properly.
As a result I'm looking for someone to take over the complete running of the site. The ideal person will be highly respected and liked in the warez community with a good knowledge of running websites and a helpful and friendly attitude.
I'd like the existing staff to remain and help the new owner for at least a short period. I'll also keep the domain and would prefer it to remain on IPB 3. After that the new owner will have full control over everything else.
As I've put a lot of work and time into this I'll take my time in choosing who I believe is the right person for the job. The bigest reason for my discssion is that i have a fiance & two new borns "twins" that are four months old i have a lot going on within the next two months, A wedding and then some more personal stuff.

(
