Theres no real point in having the portal, the register image is ripped from SmartWarez and there's too many usergroups do you really need "Junior Admin" ? You can edit there administrator privileges to give them limited powers. Needs improvements 5/10.

Yes Some times there is server problem or distance problem from my country thats why you faced that loading problem
