Looking for a partner

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a partner for my site :

Need a person who can dedicate time to the site and should be well versed with phpBB board. Should have knowledge of HTML, CSS and php..

About the site :

We are 6 month old with 3500 + members now..
Currently we are on shared hosting paid for a whole yr so we do not have issues for hosting..
About the ranking we have a Google PR 2 and Alexa :

89,288 which is very good for a 6 month old site according to me.
I have worked very hard on the site till now and have reached the current position with lots of ups and down in the past 6 months. Did get help from a few nice members some of them are members here.
We are currently Rate 3* on Katz and NexusDDL and 4* on Twilight and 5* on WarezLengend and also submit to xenu and DDLHunt...
