Id help you out if you would like, I used to use IPB on DLthe.net when it 1st came online, then moved on Vbulletin. Im sure i can remember all the options ipb has and it was much easier to edit than Vbulletin..
As for posting Downloads you should make an Uploaders Team for that and have them post ,i think i can get you someone to post Some downloads .. I sent ya a PM enjoy
