I'm looking for a good offshore VPS with good uptime, security and speed.
And also I want root access.

Nulled scripts and warez linking must be allowed.
And nothing must happen if a site on my VPS gets reported for using a nulled script.

I'm only willing to pay $42 per month, MAX

BTW I am the owner of escapehost.

Yes our shared server was hacked once, unfortunately. We found the exploit used and patched it, we no longer even have that server.
