Looking for a file host with torrent support

Hi guys, I'm looking for a file host with torrent support. I want to download .torrent or magnet files without them coming to my pc. My upload speed is too slow.
I have tried some like zbigz or filestream.me but they only allow download to the IP that created the link. So if I request a link, then I try to remote upload to some file host it won't work.
filezy seemed a good solution but their website is down.
