Because I'm simply building the script. There is no point me paying for a decent host while the site is 30% finished. When the script is good enough to go live and I have submitted to DDL auto submitters I will move it.

Make sure you take back ups just in case
Would not be good if the host went down and you did not have back ups of your hard work.
